Eco / Planet Friendly 

We like to keep up with our green credentials and use as non-plastic packaging (or recyclable inner protective covers), paper tape and recycled materials (including the prints). We are currently pushing suppliers to use alternative plastic end caps on postal tubes (for our larger prints) and hoping this will come to forwishen very soon

UK Shipping

(please note, items are packed in protective, secured and padded boxes, NOT packets or envelopes)

We offer several shipping options from art tracked & signed for 4-7 working day delivery, tracked express 2-3 day and increased protection available and advised for orders over £50.00 (details at checkout). Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD but we occasionally use UPS. We are aware some couriers are better than others in certain areas of the country, please let us know if you want to avoid a particular company and we will do our best.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally (from the UK) and offer various courier options. Prices and delivery time estimates do vary depending on the country and size of the items shipped (usually 7-10 days). Our more frequent international shipping destinations include USA, Australia, Dubai and Sweden

Damaged / Lost Orders

The huge majority of prints do arrive safely and well packed but unfortunately some do get damaged or lost in transit. We aim to replace damaged parcels but if the item is sold out an alternative or refund will be offered. Please contact us with your name and order number to report a problem.

Return Policy

Art prints must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, including the authentication card. Returns cannot be accepted if prints are bent, marked, framed or removed from their protective sleeve. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged (please see Damaged / Lost Orders section)

Size requests / reprinting

We can (if applicable and relevant to the dimensions of the original) print one off alternative sizes for an extra fee and agreed price although these items may not be numbered but will be authenticated. I may also reprint sold out items, please get in touch to discuss

Collaborations / Commissions

Yes I do Collaborate with other designers. artists, creatives, companies and individuals but limit how many per year. I also collaborate with other forms of media, individuals and companies such as electrictians, carpenters, event managers, performance venues and interior designers.

I do offer commissions, I prefer to handpick these as not to disappoint and keep within the medium that offers the best results. Please do get in touch, anything is always worth an ask!
